Catch the Vision of the Lord (Part I)

(하나님께서 주시는 비젼을 가지라)

Isaiah 49:

Isaiah 49:14-26

¹⁴ But Zion said, “The LORD has forsaken me, And the Lord has forgotten me.”

14 오직 시온이 이르기를 여호와께서 나를 버리시며 주께서 나를 잊으셨다 하였거니와

¹⁵ “Can a woman forget her nursing child And have no compassion on the son of her      womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you.

15 여인이 어찌 그 젖먹는 자식을 잊겠으며 자기 태에서 난 아들을 긍휼히 여기지 않 겠느냐?  그들은 혹시 잊 을지라도 나는 너를 잊지 아니할  것이라

¹⁶ “Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually      before Me.

16 내가 너를 내 손바닥에 새겼고 너의 성벽이 항상 내 앞에 있나니

¹⁷ “Your builders hurry; Your destroyers and devastators Will depart from you.

17 네 자녀들은 속히 돌아오고 너를 헐며 너를 황폐케 하던자들은 너를 떠나 가리라.

I. God’s Caring (자상하신 하나님)

  1. Our difficult time and complaint (우리의 어려운 시기와 불만)

¹⁴ But Zion said, “The LORD has forsaken me, And the Lord has forgotten me.”  

14 오직 시온이 이르기를 여호와께서 나를 버리시며 주께서 나를 잊으셨다 하였거니와

Israel was exiled to Assyria 734 BC, Judah was exiled to Babylon 606 BC. They were exiled for a long time, so Israel people had desire to go back to Jerusalem. Before Jesus come there were 3 times they had chances to return.

During the exile, Israel people complained that God had forsaken them, and the felt like that their God Jehovah had forgotten them.

Isaiah prophesied this prophetic word 100-150 before the Judah was exiled. Isaiah was killed by Manasseh king of Judah according to traditional history.

As I shared last Sunday about the return to Jerusalem 3 times after the exile And this is the prophetic word of the restoration of Israel.

We did not see the full fulfillment yet, but this prophetic word to come to pass for the future.

And also this prophetic word has the spiritual meaning for us today. The spiritual restoration among the Christianity is as the spiritual meaning of Israel. Many times we have been gone through the difficult times, and also we will be gong through continually. It is very hard for us whenever we were going through the difficult times.  

Even today so many Christians are persecuting by the enemy around world.

How many have you been there? How many are you going through this kind of difficult times before?

We follow the will of the Lord, but the result is getting worse and the wicked people gain more power and blessings. We are fighting the spiritual warfare, but nothing is changed and getting frustrated because of the bad result.

It seems that the evil people are getting more successful and prosperous. Does not our Lord care what we are going through even we follow the Lord in His Way?

Let’s hear what the Lord says about it.

  2. The Lord’s answer for our complaint

      (우리의 불만 불평 사항에 대한 주님의 응답)

¹⁵ “Can a woman forget her nursing child And have no compassion on the son of her      womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you.

15 여인이 어찌 그 젖먹는 자식을 잊겠으며 자기 태에서 난 아들을 긍휼히 여기지 않겠느냐?  그들은 혹시 잊을 지라도 나는 너를 잊지 아니할  것이라

¹⁶ “Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually      before Me.

16 내가 너를 내 손바닥에 새겼고 너의 성벽이 항상 내 앞에 있나니

    1) I will not forget you at all.  

               나는 너를 잊지 아니할  것이라

         We are His Baby

         (우리는 주님의 어린 아기)

         Compare with the Natural example of the nursing mom

Example) Solomon’s wise judge (1 Kings 3:16-28)

I King 3:26

The woman whose son was alive was filled with compassion for her son and said to the king, “Please, my lord, give her the living baby! Don’t kill him!”  But the other said, “Neither I nor you shall have him. Cut him in two!”

그 산 아들의 어미되는 계집이 그 아들을 위하여 마음이  불  붙는것  같아서 왕께 아뢰어 가로되 `청컨대 내 주여! 산 아들을 저에게 주시고 아무쪼록 죽이지 마 옵소서' 하되, 한  계집은  말하기를 `내 것도  되게 말고 네 것도 되 게 말고  나누게하 라'  하는지라

She had absolute right to take care of her baby, but she gave up her right to save her baby. That is why our Father did give up His Right and His Son’s life to save us. He loves us so much that is why He gave up everything for you and me.

Hebrews 2:2-3

² For if the word spoken through angels proved unalterable, and every transgression and disobedience received a just penalty,

³ how will we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? After it was at the first spoken through the Lord, it was confirmed to us by those who heard,

2:2 천 사 들 로 하 신 말 씀 이 견 고 하 게 되 어 모 든 범 죄 함 과 순 종 치 아 니 함 이 공 변 된 보 응 을 받 았 거 든

2:3 우 리 가 이 같 이 큰 구 원 을 등 한 히 여 기 면 어 찌 피 하 리 요 이 구 원 은 처 음 에 주 로 말 씀 하 신 바 요 들 은 자 들 이 우 리 에 게 확 증 한 바 니

Romans 1:16

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

1:16 내가 복음을 부끄러워 하지 아니하노니 이 복음은 모든 믿는자에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 능력이 됨 이라 첫째는 유대인에게요 또한 헬라인에게로다

Invitation for the salvation

If you do not know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and the Lord, it is time to receive Him as your Savior and the Lord.

If you do not follow the Lord with full heart, then it is time to rededicate your life to the Lord. We need to give up our right and take His Right in us.

Let’s go back to the example of Solomon’s judgment. The right is important, but the most important is the people.

Lot of people fight and argue with other people for the disagreement or something else.

Why?

Most of cases of the strife are because of the protection of their own reputation and ego. What is so important our reputation and our ego than the Lord’s Will?

We are His precious baby, and He knows what we need. Our grand son Isaiah, he speaks a lot, but I need to have the gift of interpretation to understand, but my daughter, Joanna, knows what he is speaking. My wife love to death about him, and I missed him a lot too.

Our Father God does have the same compassion heart about you.

    2) I have inscribed (engrave) you on the palms of My hands.

             내가 너를 내 손바닥에 새겼고

         We are His Children no matter how old we are.

Many times I did write down some memo on my palm, because I did not want to forget it. The Lord inscribed us (not our name but us) on His Palms, not just one hand, but both of His Hands.

It means that God carries you embracing with His Arms and His Hands with full of His Loving Heart.

We are His apple of eye.

Zechariah 2:8

For this is what the LORD Almighty says: “After He has honored me and has sent me against the nations that have plundered you—for whoever touches you touches the apple of His eye—

2:8 만군의 여호와께서 이 같이 말씀 하시되 너희를 노략한 열국으로 영광을 위하여 나를 보내셨나니 무 릇 너희를 범하는 자는 그의  눈동자를 범하는 것이라

Apple using as a term endearment

We are beloved in His sight.

Matthew 3:17

and behold, a voice out of the heavens said, “ This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased.”

3:17 하늘로서 소리가 있어 말씀 하시되 ` 이는 내 사랑하는 아 들이요 내 기뻐하는 자라' 하 시 니 라

This word is for Jesus, also this word is for you from the Lord.

You are His beloved sons and daughter, and with you God is well pleased.

Let’s see how God treated Israel for 40 years in the wilderness.

Deuteronomy 32:10

He found him in a desert land, And in the howling waste of a wilderness;

He encircled him, He cared for him, He guarded him as the pupil of His eye.

여호와께서 그를 황무지에서, 짐승의 부르짖는 광야에서 만나시고 호위 하시며 보호 하시며 자기 눈동자 같이 지키셨도다

He does care you the same way what He did for Israel people in the wilderness even today.

    3) Your walls are continually before Me.

             너의 성벽이 항상 내 앞에 있나니

         We are His People and His Nation.

1 Peter 2:9a

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, and holy nation, a people for God’s

own possession,

오직 너희는 택하신 족속이요 왕 같은 제사장들이요 거룩한 나라요 그의 소유 된 백성이니

The wall means the Jerusalem wall as the symbol of Israel also His People.

We are in His sight, so we are in His secure all the time.

He never left you at all, He never leaves you, and He will never leave you forever.

He does watching over you with His Eyes and with full of His Compassion Heat.

I took my children to outside when they were young, and I always find out where

they were. Our Father God does the same thing.

We could not watch over our children for 24 hours and every moment without ceasing,

but God did, does, and will do.

Isaiah 46:3-4

³ Listen to Me, O house of Jacob, And all the remnant of the house of Israel,

You who have been borne by Me from birth And have been carried from the womb;

3 야곱 집이여 이스라엘 집의 남은 모든 자여 나를 들을 지어다 배에서 남으로 부터 내게

안겼고 태에서 남으로 부터 내게 품기운 너희여

⁴ Even to your old age I will be the same,

And even to your graying years I will bear you!

I have done it, and I will carry you;

And I will bear you and I will deliver you.

4 너희가 노년에 이르기 까지 내가 그리하겠고 백발이 되기까지 내가 너희를 품을 것이라

내가 지었 은 즉 안을것이요 품을 것요  구하여 내리라

  3. The speedy restoration (신속적인 복구)

¹⁷ “Your builders (sons and daughter) hurry (shall make haste); Your destroyers and devastators Will depart from you.                                  NASB (NKJV)

17 네 자녀들은 속히 돌아 오고 너를 헐며 너를 황폐케 하던 자들은 너를 떠나  가리라

    1) God is going to send the builders

           (하나님께서 하나님의 나라의 구축자를 보내십니다)

You are here, because God sent you here as the Kingdom builder to build His Church up through One Glory Church. So I believe that God is going to send the builders to build His Church up continually. He will send more Kingdom builders to us month after month and year after year.

We have new people came today, and they are leaders and the Kingdom Builders. That is why God sent them to us today.

God is going to use this Kingdom Builders build up His Church quickly.

Isaiah 43:5-6

⁵ Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east

and gather you from the west.

5 두려워 말라 내가 너와 함께하여 네 자손을 동방에서 부터 오게하며 서방에서 부터 너를 모을 것이며
⁶ I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ and to the south, ‘Do not hold them back.’

Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth—

6 내가 북방에게 이르기를 놓으라 남방에게 이르기를 구류하지 말라 내 아들들을 원방에서 이끌며 내 딸들을 땅 끝에서 오게하라

    2) God is going to organize the people

           (하나님께서 하나님의 나라에 방해 되는것을 제거하십니다)

God Himself organizes the people.

God spoke to us through this verse;

He will arrange the people for His Kingdom. And He will do it in One Glory Church.

The Lord said that your destroyers and devastators will depart from you.

Mae did not know what God spoke to me, but she gave me this prophetic word last

October.

I did not shared it with you yet, but I would like to share it today, because Isaiah 49:17 is

getting started to be fulfilled.

     Here's the vision I shared with you last Monday concerning you and the church.

     As I was praying, asking the Lord how to pray for you and One Glory Church, I had a vision where I saw this huge ship (probably the size of a cruise liner) with less than 40 people on board. I then asked the Lord why there were very few passengers in this gigantic ship. I felt the Lord say that that's okay, because He's going to fill it up.

      The ship launched out into the vast ocean, and the Lord spoke and said that the ship represents the Vision that he has for One Glory Church. He went on to say that it will experience some storms along the way but there's no need to fear, for He is the Captain of the Ship and He will make sure that the vessel stays afloat and steady.

       It wasn't long before I saw the ship start veering to the right and stop at a harbor. As it did that, I saw people getting on the ship, and as the last person got on board, the ship immediately sailed off. I saw the ship stop at several ports along the way (note: at some ports a few people exited as well as many people getting on board). The Lord told me that those people leaving the ship are the ones who won't embrace the vision and the workings of the Holy Spirit in the church. Although some people would leave there would always be more people coming in, and this was how the ship got filled up.

… He then took me back to the vision where the ship docked and picked up

Passengers.

      a) What are the destroyers and devastators?

                너를 헐며 너를 황폐케 하던 자들?

Every hindrance to be one together for His Vision as One Glory Church

Every element to bring the disharmony in One Glory Church

As I shared last Sunday, the enemy always attacks the communication between among

us.

The Corinthian church was the most problem church among the churches in Paul’s time.

That is why he did send mail to rebuke them and to correct them. So let’s see why this church had so many problems even the gifts of the Holy Spirit were operated exceedingly among the churches.

2 Corinthians 12:20b

… that perhaps there will be strife, jealousy, angry tempers, disputes, slanders, gossip, arrogance, disturbances;

또 다 툼 과, 시기와, 분 냄과, 당 짓는 것과, 중상함과, 수군 수군하는 것과, 거만함과,

어지러운 것이 있을까 두려워 하고

As you see through Paul’s serious rebuke against this church, the major problem of this

Corinthian Church was the serious communication issue.

The communication can bring the best result or the worst result.

This is the destroyers and the devastators of church, and God does not please this

issue. That is why the Lord will remove this issue and people from the ministry.

But if some of you feel like you still have this problem, then this person needs to repent

thoroughly, otherwise God is not going to use this person at all. We should not mock

God’s church in any reasons.

We could see several issues have to be dealt with continually until these issues are

removed.

      b) The problem in the church

           (교회내의 문제)

   * Personal Sin issue

   * Personal Conflict relationship issue

   * Personal Agenda Issue

          (1) The personal sin issue (개인적인 죄악의 문제)

We have to deal with the sin issue very serious among us.

But we need to be careful in this area, because people can false accusation too.

Remember that you are going to reap whatever you sow.

This sin issue has to be dealt with thoroughly, not lightly.

As I am a Senior Pastor of One Glory Church I need to be accountability with all of you

in this area. Any pastors will not qualify for the ministry if he or she included me

committed sin, and there is no exception. The sin always brings the destruction.

The sin will be exposed by the Lord, and He will remove them from the ministry.

          (2) Personal conflict issue (개인 갈등과 관계성 문제)

We are all from the different background, and we did not have the same life in every

area at all.

People have different life style and different experiences.

People talk, think and walk different than other people.

We have different race, nationality, county and families.

The difference brings always the conflict among the people even in churches.

We have major different view of Christianity

Catholic and Protestant

Conservative Christianity and Charismatic

There are always different kinds of conflict among the people, and this conflict bring the

destruction in churches and the ministry.

This conflict is the destroyers and the devastators.

This conflict comes from the difference.

So we have to accept each other and do not judge each other at all.

Let’s be one unity together in the Lord, and follow the Lord together in His Way alone.

We really need to build up the accountability relationship each other.

I will concern in this area seriously for One Glory Church.

We have to help each other to grow to the fullness of Christ.

        (3) Personal agenda issue (개인적 고집과 교만 문제  )

Proverbs 18:1

He who separates himself seeks his own desire, He quarrels against all sound wisdom.

무리에게서 스스로 나뉘는 자는 자기 소욕을 따르는 자라 온 갖 참 지혜를 배척하느니라

People come to church and try to change church to his desire (way or concept) even

they are not leaders in church instead of embrace what the Lord called for the church

and submit to the leadership.

The typical symptom of this kind of issue

*They started to do their own way instead of discuss with leaders.

*They want to make church their own way instead of what the Lord wants.

*Instead of understanding, they claim their own things

*They start to judge and gossip leaders or other behind their back

*They try to influence church members to against leaders.

*They steal sheep’s heart and start their own ministry.

I have dealt with several cases from the ministry.

Many cases were not restorable, because of the pride and arrogant heart.

I saw the complicated mind is inside of him, and block ears and eyes for the sound

counsel, and end up turn against the leaders, and break the relationship and also try to

harm the church or ministry directly and indirectly using outside authority.

The reason I share this sensible issue with you today:

God has the special plan for our One Glory Church, so the enemy is not going to watch

about it, but the enemy is in action against us.

We are already in spiritual warfare, and we have to against the enemy with one heart to

be fulfilled our destiny.

      c) How can we come out from this pit?

          (이 구덩이에서 나올수있는 방법  )

        (1) To be transformed

                  마음을 새롭게 함으로 변화를 받아

So first, we need to be transformed by the renewing of our mind and change our mind set for the kingdom of the Lord, then we can understand the will of God.

Romans 12:2

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your

mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable

and perfect.

너희는 이 세대를 본 받지 말고 오직 마음을 새롭게 함으로 변화를 받아 하나님의 선하시고

기뻐하시고 온전하신  뜻이 무엇인지 분별 하도록 하라.

We cannot transform our life with our own strength. It has to do with our mind with the Holy Spirit.

So our part is that we have to commit and submit to the Lord with our mind willingly.

You can bring a horse by the water, but you cannot force a horse to drink the water.

Even Jesus did not force people to follow Him alone, but wait for their willing heart.

People did not want to follow Him, and He did not even pursue them and make them to

follow Him.

We are spirit being, so it has to do from inside of our mind with willingness.

Mark 5:1-20 We know Jesus delivered a man who were possessed by the Legion demons.

Let’s see what happen to him.

Mark 5:6

Seeing Jesus from a distance, he ran up and bowed down before Him;

그가 멀 리서 예수를 보고 달 려와  절하며

The demon always away from the strong anointed people, because he knows that he will be destroyed.

Here you can see that he saw Jesus from the long distance, and the demon had a plenty time to avoid Jesus. This man was not walking, but ran up to Jesus straight, and bow down worship to Him.

Demon could not resist him to go to Jesus at this time, because his mind was so strong to be healed and to be freed from this legion demon. Jesus did not reject him to heal.

He did heal him tremendously and restore everything for his life. And Jesus gave him assignment to share testimony that happened to him to his family and the relatives.

Not only Jesus healed and delivered the demon, but also He transformed his mind and life. He wanted to follow Jesus, but Jesus gave him an assignment to testify his testimony to his family, relatives and friends. Jesus entrusted him to share the testimony even he was not discipled by Jesus at all. According to this word, he did share his testimony not one place, but many different places and people were touched by his testimony.

I release the prophetic word to you today.

God is going to raise many unknown people from many places and release to the ministry. We can see many nameless and faceless people will lead many people to the Lord with the Power of the Holy Spirit soon or later. So I encourage you to be ready your heart for the Lord.

        (2) Stay in the strong fellowship (강한 교제 가운데 있어야 함)

Hebrews 10:24-25

²⁴ and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds,

²⁵ not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.

10:24 서로 돌아 보아 사랑과 선행을 격려하며
10:25 모이기를 폐하는 어떤 사람들의 습관과 같이하지 말고 오직 권하여  그 날이 가까움을 볼수록 더욱 그리하자

        (a) This fellowship is not just meet with Christians and fellowship together.

              This fellowship is more than that.

              (이 교제란 믿는 자들의 형식적인 교제가 아니고 그 이상이다  )

Stimulate word in Hebrew word means to poke each other with needle.

American Standard Bible uses this word as “Provoke” as very strong word as a challenge each other.

So this fellowship is more family relationship and the discipleship relationship.

One huge hindrance of fellowship in America is no time to have a fellowship together.

We are so busy, but we need to make a time to do it.

One thing I would like to suggest you who are so busy to have a regular fellowship.

Let’s start to ask the Lord to make the time for the fellowship.

        (b) You can be fed spiritually by encouragement and protection

              (교제 가운데의 격려와 보호로 영적 공급과 성장이 이루어 진다  )

Then we can start to see God is going to remove the destroyers and the devastators from our inside, and you cannot see them any more, and oneness in One Glory Church.

If you do, then you will be protected from the wrong crowd.

We should be influenced by the godly people, but not by ungodly people.

Then we can see the will of the Lord, that of His Good, acceptable and perfect.

So next week I am going to share what kind of vision for our One Glory Church from the Lord.

Let’s stand up and humble ourselves in front of the Lord.

God send you here as the Kingdom Builder to build His Church.

We can be a Kingdom builder or we can be a destroyer and the devastator against His Church.

Let’s examine ourselves to find out the destroyers and the devastators in us.

Do you have this kind problem in you, then you need to lay it down to the Lord, and let this enemy depart from you. In prophetic action you have to stop in this area, then the Holy Spirit will work in you to heal.
