Catchthe Vision of the Lord

Isaiah 49:

* The Call and Mission of the Servant(49:1-13)

* The Repopulation of Zion (49:14-26)

Isaiah 49:14-26

14 But Zion said, ¡°The LORD has forsaken me, And the Lord hasforgotten me.¡±

15 ¡°Can a woman forget her nursingchild And have no compassion on the son of her

    womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you.

16 ¡°Behold, I have inscribed youon the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually

    before Me.

17 ¡°Your builders hurry; Yourdestroyers and devastators Will depart from you.

I.God¡¯s Caring

 1. Our difficult time and complain

14 But Zion said, ¡°The LORD has forsaken me, And the Lord hasforgotten me.¡±

Israel was exiled to Assyria 734 BC, Judah was exiled to Babylon 606 BC.

They were exiled for a longtime, so Israel people had desire to go back to Jerusalem.

Before Jesus come there were 3times they had chances to return.

During the exile, Israel people complained that Godhad forsaken them, and they felt like that their God Jehovah had forgottenthem.

Isaiah prophesied this prophetic word 100-150 beforethe Judah was exiled. Isaiah was killed by Manasseh king of Judah according to traditional history.

As I shared last Sunday about the return to Jerusalem 3 times after the exile.

And this is the prophetic word of the restoration of Israel.

We did not see the full fulfillment yet, but thisprophetic word to come to pass for the future.

And also this prophetic word has the spiritualmeaning.

The spiritual restoration among the Christianity isas the spiritual meaning of Israel.

Many times we have gone through the difficult times,and also we will be gong through continually. It is very hard whenever we were goingthrough the difficult times.

Even today so many Christiansare persecuted by the enemy around world.

Many of us have almost the same question to the Lordwhere He was when we were going through the hardship, God did forget us or Hedid not care about us.

Please raise your hand if thiswas your case. I was there too.

We follow the will of the Lord, but the result isgetting worse and the wicked people gain more power and blessings. We are fightthe spiritual warfare, but nothing is changed and getting frustrate because ofthe bad result.

It seems that the evil people are getting moresuccess and prosperous. Does not our Lord care what we are following in HisWay?

Let¡¯s hear what the Lord saysabout it.

 2. The Lord¡¯s answer for our complaint

15 ¡°Can a woman forget hernursing child And have no compassion on the son of her

    womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you.

16 ¡°Behold, I have inscribed youon the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually

    before Me.

   1) I will not forget you at all.

        We are His Baby

         Comparewith the Natural example of the nursing mom

        a) A woman cannot forget her nursing child.

         b)She has compassion on the son and the daughter of her womb.

         c)But some times very rarely mother can forget her baby because of many reasons.

Example) Solomon¡¯sjustice judgment over the real mom of her baby

She had absolute right to take care of her baby, butshe gave up her right to save her baby. That is why our Father did give up HisRight and His Son¡¯s life to save us. He loves us so much that is why He gave upeverything for you and me.

Hebrews 2:2-3

2 For if the word spoken throughangels proved unalterable, and every transgression and disobedience received ajust penalty,

3 how will we escape if weneglect so great a salvation? After it was at the first spoken throughthe Lord, it was confirmed to us by those who heard,

Romans 1:16

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for itis the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, tothe Jew first and also to the Greek.

Invitation for the salvation

If you do not know Jesus Christ as your personalSavior and the Lord, it is time to receive Him as your Savior and the Lord.

If you do not follow with full heart, then it is timeto rededicate your life to the Lord.

We need to give up our right and let Him take HisRight in us.

Let¡¯s go back to theexample of Solomon¡¯s judgment.

The right is important, butthe most important is the people.

Lot of people fight and argue with other people forthe disagreement or something else. Why?

Most of cases of the strife are because of theprotection of their own reputation and ego. What are so important about ourreputation and our ego than the Lord¡¯s Will?

We are His precious baby, andHe knows what we need.

Our grand son Isaiah, he speaks a lot, but I need tohave the gift of interpretation to understand, but my daughter, Joanna, knowswhat he speaks.

My wife loves to death abouthim, and I missed him a lot too.

Our Father God does the sameheart about you.

   2) I have inscribed (engrave) you on the palms of My hands.

        We are His Children as Young and Adults.

Many times I did write down some memo on my palm,because I did not want to forget it, and I should remember it.  The Lordinscribed us on His Palms, not just one hand, but on both of His Hands.

It means that God carries youembracing with His Arms and His Hands with full of His

Loving Heart.

We are His apple of eye.

Zechariah 2:8

For this is whatthe LORD Almighty says: ¡°After Hehas honored me and has sent me

against the nationsthat have plundered you—for whoever touches you touches the

apple of Hiseye

Apple using as a term of endearment

We are beloved in His sight.

Matthew 3:17

and behold, a voice out of the heavenssaid, ¡° This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased.¡±

You are His beloved sons and daughter, and with youGod is well pleased.

Let¡¯s see how God treated Israel for 40 years in the wilderness.

Deuteronomy 32:10

He found him in adesert land, And in the howling waste of a wilderness;

He encircled him,He cared for him, He guarded him as the pupil of His eye.

He does care you the same way what He did for Israel people in the wilderness even today.

   3) Your walls are continually before Me.

        We are His People

1 Peter 2:9a

But you are a chosenrace, a royal priesthood, and holy nation, a peoplefor God¡¯s

ownpossession,

The wall means the Jerusalem wall as the symbol of Israel also His People.

We are in His sight, so we arein His security all the time.

He never left you at all, He never leaves you, and Hewill never leave you forever. He does watch over you with His Eyes and withfull of His Compassion Heat.

I took my children to the fun place when they wereyoung, and I always find out where they were.

Our Father God does the samething.

We could not watch over them for 24 hours and everymoment without ceasing, but God did, does, and will do.

Isaiah 46:3-4

3 Listen to Me, O house of Jacob, And all the remnant of the house of Israel,

You who have beenborne by Me from birth And have been carried from the womb;

4 Even to your old age I will bethe same,

And even to yourgraying years I will bear you!

I have done it, andI will carry you;

And I willbear you and I will deliver you.

 3. The speedy restoration

17 ¡°Your builders (sons anddaughter) hurry (shall make haste); Your destroyers and devastators Will departfrom you.                                  NASB (NKJV)

   1) God is going to send the builders

You are here, because God sent you here as the Kingdombuilder to build His Church up through One Glory Church. So I believe that Godis going to send the builders to build His Church up continually. He will sendmore Kingdom builders to us month to month and year to year.

There are new Korean people who came today, and theyare leaders and they are the Kingdom Builders. That is why God sent them to ustoday. God is going to use this Kingdom Builders build up His Church quickly.

Isa 43:5 Do not be afraid, for Iam with you;

I will bring yourchildren from the east

and gather you from the west.

Isa 43:6 I will say to the north,¡®Give them up!¡¯

and to thesouth, ¡®Do not hold them back.¡¯

Bring my sonsfrom afar

and mydaughters from the ends of the earth—

    2)God is going to organize the people

God Himself organizes the people.

God spoke to us through this verse; He will arrangethe people for His Kingdom. And He will do it in One Glory Church.

The Lord said that yourdestroyers and devastators will depart from you.

Mae did not know what God spoke to me, but I am goingto share with you today, this prophetic word she gave me last October.

I never shared it in front of our congregation yet, butI would like to share it today, because 49:17 is getting started to befulfilled.

==================================================================

    Here's the vision I shared with you last Monday concerning you andthe church.

    As I was praying, asking the Lord how to pray for you and One Glory Church, I had a vision where I saw this huge ship (probably the size of a cruiseliner) with less than 40 people on board. I then asked the Lord why there werevery few passengers in this gigantic ship. I felt the Lord say that that'sokay, because He's going to fill it up.

      The ship launched out into the vast ocean, and the Lordspoke and said that the ship represents the Vision that he has for One Glory Church. He went on to say that it will experience some storms along the way butthere's no need to fear, for He is the Captain of the Ship and He will make surethat the vessel stays afloat and steady.

       It wasn't long before I saw the ship start veeringto the right and stop at a harbor. As it did that, I saw people getting on theship, and as the last person got on board, the ship immediately sailed off. Isaw the ship stop at several ports along the way (note: at some ports a fewpeople exited as well as many people getting on board). The Lord told me thatthose people leaving the ship are the ones who won't embrace the vision and theworkings of the Holy Spirit in the church. Although some people would leavethere would always be more people coming in, and this was how the ship gotfilled up.

¡¦ He then took me back to the vision where the ship docked and picked up

Passengers.

==================================================================

     a) What are the destroyers and devastators?

Every hindrance will be joinedtogether against His Vision as One Glory Church

Every element to bring thedisharmony in One Glory Church

As I shared last Sunday, theenemy always attacks the communication among us.

The Corinthianchurch was the most problematic church among the churches in Paul¡¯s time.

That is why hedid send mail to rebuke them and to correct them. So let¡¯s see why this churchhad so many problems even the gifts of the Holy Spirit were operatedexceedingly among the churches.

2Corinthians 12:20b

¡¦ thatperhaps there will be strife, jealousy, angry tempers, disputes,slanders, gossip, arrogance, disturbances;

As you see through Paul¡¯s serious rebukes againstthis church, the major problem of this Corinthian Church is the seriouscommunication issue.

The communication can bringthe best result or the worst.

This is the destroyers and the devastators of church,and God does not please this issue. That is why the Lord will remove this issueand people from the ministry.

This issue was our church problem until severalmonths ago, but I do not see much this problem now.

But if some of you feel like you still have thisproblem, then this person needs to repent thoroughly, otherwise God is notgoing to use this person at all. We should not mock God¡¯s church with anyreason.

We could see several issues that have to be dealtwith continually until these issues are removed.

     b) The problem in the church

   * Personal Sinissue

   * PersonalConflict relationship issue

   * PersonalAgenda Issue

(1) The personal sinissue

1) You have to speak to theperson directly

2) If he did not listen, thenyou need to have witness to prove his sin.

3) If he did not listen, then One Glory Church will get involved

4) If he did not listen, thentreat him as non believer

But we need to be careful in this area, becausepeople can make false accusation too. Remember that you are going to reapwhatever you sow.

This sin issue has to be dealtwith thoroughly, not lightly.

As I am a Senior Pastor of One Glory Church I need to have accountability with all of you in this area. Any pastors do not qualify toengage in the ministry if he or she including me commits sin, and there is noexception. The sin always brings the destruction.

(2) Personal conflictissue

1) You need to check yourheart to the Lord whether you judge other people or not.

2) Do not talk about otherpeople¡¯s issue to 3rd party.

3) Be humble yourself andspeak to the person directly before sun goes down.

4) find out the solution andbe peace with each other:

     therepentance and the forgiveness is the main key

If you could not find the solution, then there isstrong possibility that there is issue in you of unwilling to forgive and your pride.Then you need the counseling and inner healing ministry.

I will be concerned in thisarea seriously for One Glory Church.

We have to help each other togrow to the fullness of Christ.

We all do have differentbackgrounds compared to others.

So we think, act, talk andlive differently than with others.

This conflict comes from thedifference.

So we have to accept eachother and do not judge others at all.

Let¡¯s be one unity together inthe Lord, and follow the Lord together in His Way alone.

We really need to build up theaccountability relationship with one another.

(3) Personal agendaissue

Proverbs 18:1

He who separateshimself seeks his own desire, He quarrels against all sound wisdom.

Throughout my ministry life, Ihave seen this kind problem.

I cannot go to in detail in this since there are verymuch variety in issues and also in complicated situations as well.

The typical symptom of thiskind of issue

*They started doing their ownway instead of discussing with leaders.

*They want to make churchtheir own way instead of what the Lord wants.

*Instead of understanding, theyclaim their own things

*They start to judge andgossip leaders or others behind their back

*They try to influence churchmembers to go against leaders.

I have dealt with severalcases from the ministry.

Many cases were notrestorable, because of the proud and arrogant heart.

I saw the complicated mind is inside of him, andblock ears and eyes for the sound counsel, and end up turning against theleaders, and break the relationship and also try to harm the church or ministrydirectly and or indirectly.

The reason I share thissensible issue with you today

God has the special plan for our One Glory Church, so the enemy is not going to sit back watch, but the enemy is in actionagainst us.

We are already in spiritual warfare, and we have to fightagainst the enemy with one heart to fulfill our destiny.

     c) How can we come out from this pit.

(1) To be transformed

So first, we have to understand the will of God by beingtransformed through the renewing and changing our mind set for the kingdom ofthe Lord,.

Romans 12:2

2 And do not be conformed tothis world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, sothat you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptableand perfect.

We cannot transform our life with our own strength.It has to do with our mind with the Holy Spirit. So our part is that we have tocommit and submit to the Lord with our mind willingly. You can bring a horse bythe water, but you cannot force the horse to drink the water.

Even Jesus did not force people to follow Him alone,but wait for their willing heart. People did not want to follow Him, He did noteven pursue them to follow Him.

We are spiritual being, so ithas to do from inside of our mind with willingness.

Mark 5:1-20 We know Jesus delivered a man who werepossessed by the Legion demons.

Let¡¯s see what happen to him.

Mark 5:6

Seeing Jesus from a distance, he ran up and boweddown before Him;

The demons always stay away from the strong anointedpeople, because he will be destroyed. Here you can see that he saw Jesus fromthe distance, and the demon had a plenty time to avoid Jesus. This man was notwalking, but ran up to Jesus straight, and bow down to Him.

Demon could not prevent him to go to Jesus at thistime, because his mind was so strong to be healed and to be freed from thislegion demon. Jesus did not reject him to heal.

He did heal him tremendously and restore everythingfor his life. And Jesus gave him assignment to share testimony that happened tohim to his family and the relatives.

Jesus not only healed and delivered from the demon,but also He transformed his mind and life.

(2) Stay in the strong fellowship

Hebrews 10:24-25

24 and let us consider how to stimulateone another to love and good deeds,

25 not forsaking our ownassembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; andall the more as you see the day drawing near.

(a) This fellowship is not just meeting withChristians and having fellowship together. This fellowship is more than that.

Stimulate word in Greek word means to poke each otherwith needle. ASB use this word as ¡°Provoke¡± as very strong word as a challenge toeach other.

So this fellowship is more family relationship andthe discipleship relationship. One huge hindrance of fellowship is no time tohave a fellowship together. We are very busy, however, we need to make time todo it.

One thing I would like to suggest to those of you whocannot have a regular fellowship. Let¡¯s start to ask the Lord to make the timefor the fellowship.

(b) You can be fed spiritually by encouragement andprotection

Then we can start to see that God is going to removethe destroyers and the devastators from our inside, and you cannot see them anymore, but oneness in One Glory Church.

If you do, then you will be protected from the wrongcrowd. We should be influenced by the godly people, but not by ungodly people.

Then we can see the will of the Lord, that of HisGood, acceptable and perfect.

So next week I am going to share what kind of vision isfor our One Glory Church from the Lord.

Let¡¯s stand up and humble ourselves in front of theLord.

God send you here as the Kingdom Builder to build HisChurch. We can be a Kingdom builder or we can be a destroyer and the devastatoragainst His Church.

Let¡¯s exam ourselves to find out the destroyers andthe devastators in us.

¡¦ thatperhaps there will be strife, jealousy, angry tempers, disputes,slanders, gossip, arrogance, disturbances;

If you have this kind problem in you, then you needto lay it down to the Lord, and let this enemy depart from you. In propheticaction you have to stop in this area, and let the Holy Spirit will work in youto heal.
