Young Joon was involved in campus ministries and laymen's ministries through the Navigators in Korea. He was involved in the campus ministry at UCI, in planting several churches in LA as well as OC, and he and his wife are continually involved in market-place ministry and discipleship ministry.
Young Sook and Young Joon both were raised in conservative evangelical churches, and in the past, God led them to the Charismatic church with the baptism of the Holy Spirit in 1999 before starting One Glory Church.
Young Joon and Young Sook used to oversee Cell Groups as Harvest Rock Church Cell Directors, where they were ordained as Associate Pastors of Harvest Rock Church and Orange County Congregation before they were led by Holy Spirit to being Senior Pastors at One Glory Church.
